Three years ago, Strategic Change Partners was founded with a clear ambition: to help organisations successfully navigate complex business and technology change, delivering outcomes that truly make a difference.
Today, as we celebrate our third anniversary, we’re proud to reflect on what has been an incredible journey. - Leading an ERP upgrade alongside a Target Operating Model transformation for a regulated business, building on prior work to map current and future state processes.
Driving Innovation Through AI
- Delivering an AI opportunities engagement with a senior leadership team, identifying where AI can unlock tangible business value.
- Supporting a financial services organisation in defining its AI strategy, alongside designing and implementing a robust Responsible AI framework and controls.

- Acting as a Programme Delivery Critical Friend on a major Financial Services transformation programme, providing both leadership and hands-on delivery support throughout.
- Coaching executive teams and enhancing programme delivery capability within a large organisation.

- Leading the end-to-end redevelopment of a major customer-facing digital platform, delivered at pace, significantly improving user experience and resilience.

- Supporting an organisation to diagnose key operational issues and define a clear, actionable improvement plan.
- Helping an organisation design, train and implement data protection policies and guidelines.
- Supporting a business with the refinement and execution of its information security policies.
- Supporting an organisation in defining and implementing a new Target Operating Model, including managing people through the transition.

The new innovative tools will enable businesses to identify issues and quickly focus on opportunities that will improve and grow their businesses.
The partnership with Aspire brings to market a technology-enabled solution to assess the needs of a business to manage and protect the organisation's business and technology capabilities. The service will define needs, provide for better planning and problem-solving through automated maturity assessments for key issues impacting business performance today.
