Our Team & Our Experience
Paul Taylor, Our Founder, started his career in IT and as Delivery Director , Programme Director and as Head of IT for a number of large organisations has led on several large-scale change, Technology and ERP programmes across several sectors, earning his stripes as a change leader.
Paul understands what good change delivery looks like and the importance of working with clients to provide cost effective consultancy solutions and to successfully deliver and embed change.
Ian Cotterill (Director)
Ian has significant experience delivering business change and transformation programmes, re-engineering processes, increasing automation, implementing new organisational structures and improving the customer experience.
These programme benefits have been achieved through the introduction of new digital technologies, increased sales, customer self-service and operational improvement, working within industry and as a Programme Director for Sapiens, Capita, KPMG, PwC and Unisys.
Associate & Partner Network
We have a core team of experienced industry specialists, associates and partners that are able to provide support across our core areas within the SCP Proposition.
This team have a mixture of technical and business skills through from Exec Coaching , Procurement, AI Consultancy, Delivery Health Checks and Audit , Project and Programme delivery, Info Security, PMO, Architecture, Business change and Strategy definition.
